Bishop Lynch High School is pleased to announce the appointment of Brynn Bruno as Vice President for Institutional Advancement, effective August 7, 2017.

“I am excited to be a part of a school as dynamic and impactful in their work as Bishop Lynch,” Brynn said. “This position is a homecoming for me, and I am beyond thrilled to return to Texas and its wonderful Catholic community.”

Brynn brings extensive experience to this position, having recently served as Director of Development at Providence Public Library in Providence, RI, where she successfully oversaw an annual giving program that grew to over $1.4 million in just its first year. Prior to her time at Providence, Brynn held the position of Capital Campaign Administrator and Major Gifts Officer at Benedictine Military School in Savannah, GA. While at Benedictine Military School, she was an integral part of a successful $12 million capital campaign.

After an extensive search conducted by Partners in Mission, President Chris Rebuck shared his excitement about the school’s new Vice President of Institutional Advancement.

“Brynn brings tremendous experience and enthusiasm to the Bishop Lynch Leadership Team. I am confident that with her expertise, history of achievement and commitment to advancing the mission of the school, we will continue to see unparalleled success,” Rebuck stated.

Through her years as Senior Vice President at MasterPlan, Inc., Brynn held executive level leadership in all phases of development operations. Averaging six non-profit campaigns at a time, Brynn supported her non-profit clients in implementing and executing powerful strategic campaigns designed to grow and retain new means of funding.

Brynn holds a degree in finance from Columbia University in New York City and an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas College of Business. Additionally, Brynn received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Joining Brynn in Texas will be her husband Michael and 3-year-old son, Francis (“Frankie”). Brynn also has two step-daughters, Abigail (18) who will begin her freshman year of college and Shelby (16) who is a rising junior in Providence, RI.

In their spare time, the family loves attending sporting events (especially football), traveling and “going on adventures” as Frankie calls it. Brynn also loves playing golf, entertaining, reading, cooking, going to farmer’s markets and writing.

Please join us in welcoming Brynn to our Bishop Lynch community!
